Very Important: Most people don't realize this, but if you email a support question to us, when we respond to you, the email may NOT always end up in your inbox... sometimes it may end up in your "spam" or "junk" folders.
This happens because email providers use filtering systems that don't always work properly. Please realize that if you don't get a response from us within 24 hours you should check your "spam" or "junk" folders as well as your inbox.
To make sure you receive our response to your request, it's VERY important that you add the email address above to your "white-list", "approved sender" list, or add to your contact list. This will then tell your email provider to make sure not to false filter our response to you into a junk folder.
